To register an account all you need is a valid email address, the date of birth of the lead traveller, and your policy or quote number. We'll also ask you to set up a password and security question.
If your policy number is not recognised, please make sure you have entered it correctly. If you're still unable to log in with your policy number please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will look to respond within 48 business hours.
